Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare financial statements and reports in line with company procedures
  • Oversee and maintain client accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and collections
  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices, maintaining accurate records of payments and outstanding balances
  • Collect, review, and analyse financial data for internal and management reporting
  • Assist with internal audits and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial documentation
  • Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities in accounts and financial statements
  • Prepare employee payments and assist with payroll-related financial activities
  • Support process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and cost control within the finance department
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
  • Integrity, discretion, and understanding of data privacy standards
