We are seeking a Junior Auditor / ACCA Trainee to join the Audit Department in Nicosia. This role is ideal for a motivated graduate who is currently studying towards the ACCA qualification and is looking to gain hands-on audit experience within a structured and supportive firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist on assigned segments of audit engagements
• Prepare clear and well-documented audit working papers
• Complete audits of dormant companies under the supervision of senior associates
• Perform vouching and tracing of invoices to and from accounting ledgers
• Prepare confirmation letters for closing balances
• Review and verify bank reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of draft financial statements
• Perform other audit-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• University degree with a minimum grade of 2:1 (or equivalent)
• Currently studying towards the ACCA qualification or has interest in starting it (all costs will be covered by the company)
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both verbal and written (additional languages are an advantage)
• Very good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Strong computer literacy
