Responsibilities:

• Preparing Pizza Dough: Mixing, kneading, and shaping pizza dough to create a variety of pizza bases.
• Sauce and Topping Preparation: Preparing and portioning pizza sauces, as well as slicing, dicing, and preparing a variety of pizza toppings such as vegetables, meats, and cheeses.
• Pizza Assembly: Skillfully assembling pizzas according to customer orders and recipes, ensuring even distribution of toppings and proper cooking.
• Operating Pizza Oven: Operating and maintaining pizza ovens, ensuring they are at the correct temperature and properly maintained for optimal cooking results.
• Monitoring Quality: Ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients used in pizza preparation, as well as monitoring cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
• Adhering to Food Safety Standards: Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food items.
• Collaborating with the Kitchen Team: Working closely with kitchen staff to coordinate pizza orders with other menu items and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Customer Service: Interacting with customers to take pizza orders, answer questions about menu items, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Menu Development: Assisting in the development of new pizza recipes and menu items, as well as recommending changes to existing recipes based on customer feedback and trends.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining work areas, equipment, and utensils used in pizza preparation, as well as assisting with general kitchen cleanup duties.

Requirements:

• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• Experience in the same role
• Be organized and have strong communication skills in English
• Motivation to deliver an incredible customer service
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Must hold an European Passport
