About the Company
Our client is an innovative and fast-growing company operating in the consumer products space, with a strong presence across Cyprus. Known for their modern approach, strong brand identity, and expanding retail footprint, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Sales Executive to support continued growth across the island.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop new customer accounts through structured daily sales activities
- Manage and grow existing accounts, building long-term relationships with kiosk owners and retail partners
- Merchandise and display products effectively to maximise visibility and stimulate sales
- Tailor sales presentations according to outlet type, location, and trade dynamics
- Analyse existing and potential customer volumes to prioritise sales efforts
- Submit orders accurately using price lists and product literature
- Complete and submit daily call sheets, weekly plans, territory analysis, and activity reports
- Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence
- Recommend product, service, or policy improvements based on market feedback
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating feedback where required
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data
- Contribute to wider team targets and overall commercial objectives
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (essential)
- FMCG industry experience is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate fluently in Greek (essential)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, organised, and transparent in reporting and feedback
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Strong negotiation, closing, and prospecting skills
- Ability and willingness to travel across Cyprus regularly
- Own vehicle required
- Minimum education: Matric
