This is a rare opportunity for a senior trial attorney to lead one of the most successful personal injury teams in Texas. Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of attorneys within the Dallas office
- Manage and maintain an active docket of personal injury cases, ensuring timely and effective case progression
- Oversee litigation strategies, ensuring the highest standards of representation and client care
- Conduct jury trials and achieve successful outcomes through strategic advocacy
- Collaborate with firm leadership on operational goals, performance standards, and firm-wide initiatives
- Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and excellence across the team
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys, fostering development and long-term success
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of personal injury litigation experience (20+ years preferred)
- Board Certification in Personal Injury Trial Law (mandatory)
- Proven record of 10+ jury trials to verdict
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience supervising and developing legal teams
- Excellent courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Highly organised, able to manage both personal and team caseloads effectively
- Deep understanding of Texas civil procedure and personal injury law
