Contract: Full-time, 5-year Fixed Term (3-year ACCA Training Contract + 2-year post-qualification commitment)

Salary: Starting from €1,100/month + €20/month for each ACCA exemption (e.g. 9 exemptions = €1,280/month)

Responsibilities

• Participate in various stages of the audit process as part of a team, gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced and qualified auditors
• Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Perform substantive testing and analytical review procedures
• Support audit documentation and ensure compliance with audit standards
• Work closely with senior team members to meet project timelines and reporting deadlines
• Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism throughout the audit process
• Develop technical knowledge and skills aligned with ACCA training requirements

Requirements

• School leaving certificate with an average graduation mark of at least 17/20
• University degree with a minimum grade of 2:2 or equivalent, preferably in accounting or audit
• Fluent in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ambitious and committed to pursuing the ACCA qualification and a professional career in accounting
• Fast learner with strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
