Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

Salary: Up to €40,000 gross per annum (negotiable, depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm with a 2-hour break (the break duration can be negotiated)

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice. The successful candidate will assist in drafting and reviewing legal documentation, conducting legal research, and advising clients on a broad range of corporate and compliance matters. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding environment.


Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and prepare corporate agreements, legal opinions, and other documents
  • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance-related matters
  • Conduct legal research using tools such as CyLaw, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other resources
  • Liaise with clients, professional advisers, public bodies, and regulatory authorities
  • Support corporate administration tasks, filings, and company law procedures
  • Maintain accurate internal records and ensure timely handling of legal matters
  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professional ethics


Requirements

  • LLB (Hons) from a recognised university
  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
  • LPC or BPTC will be considered an advantage
  • Strong command of Greek and English, written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical ability and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • High computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional, reliable, proactive, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Previous experience dealing with international or institutional clients will be considered an advantage
