Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Work-mode: On-Site

Salary: Up to £35,000 gross per annum

Location: London, United Kingdom


Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with prospective clients via various communication channels, including calls and emails to secure bookings.
  • Upselling of appointments to increase product sales/revenue.
  • Analyse and optimize our current revenue streams and strategies, ensuring the maximum utilization of our clinics.
  • Undertake effective stock takes and audits regularly.
  • Support in the management of clinic staff, always ensuring it is in line with HR policy and procedures.
  • Report staff issues as they arise, update relevant platforms e.g., lateness and escalate to the Head of Clinics where necessary.
  • Ensure employee KPIs are monitored and exceeded.
  • Ensure clinic standards and treatments are maintained in both clinics.
  • Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage clinic diaries, ensuring the clinics are maximising every opportunity.
  • Answer and review phone calls to ensure KPI’s are met.
  • Undertake end of day cashing up.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained in the clinics at all times.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
