Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including maintenance of valves, climate systems, and pipes, as well as addressing leakages. You possess expertise in fire detectors and central heating systems. Additionally, you conduct routine maintenance work, including minor electrical and data facility repairs, simple repairs to sanitary facilities, and maintenance of lighting, hinges, and locks, among other duties.
Requirements:
- Master common techniques in at least two fields (construction, electricity, gas/water, etc.);
- Planning and organizing
- Group collaboration and communication skills
- You quickly switch between different tasks;
- Flexibility is your priority!
- You have strong communication skills in English
- Must hold an European Passport
