Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Warmly greeting visitors and guests as they arrive, providing assistance and direction as needed.
  • Answering Phone Calls: Handling incoming phone calls, transferring calls to appropriate departments or individuals, and taking messages when necessary.
  • Managing Front Desk Operations: Managing the front desk area, including keeping it tidy and organized, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a professional appearance.
  • Check-In and Check-Out Procedures: Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, processing payments, and providing information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Reservation Management: Handling reservations and booking requests, entering guest information into the reservation system, and confirming reservations with guests.
  • Providing Information: Providing guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and other points of interest.
  • Handling Guest Requests: Addressing guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative tasks, such as sorting and distributing mail, faxing documents, and assisting with paperwork as needed.
  • Security Procedures: Monitoring security cameras and ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff by following established protocols.
  • Collaborating with Other Departments: Communicating effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Fluent English + German preferred 
  • 1+ years of experience in the position
  • 18-35 years old
  • Available immediately
  • Flexible
  • Must hold an European Passport

 

Benefits:

  • €13.27 euros/h gross
  • 18% holiday money 
  • €2000 - €2200 euros/month 
  • Accommodation provided (up to €500 euros/month)
  • Help with BSN (Burgerservicenummer) or (Citizen Service Number) - It is a unique personal identification number assigned to residents of the Netherlands.
