The firm employs around 15 professionals and continues to grow steadily, offering audit, accounting, tax, advisory, and financial reporting services to both local and international clients.

The Accounting Manager will play a key leadership role within the firm, overseeing accounting engagements, managing client relationships, and providing financial insight to both clients and internal management. This position combines hands-on technical accounting work with team leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as required
- Manage month-end accounting processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Coordinate accounting tasks within the finance team to ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare financial reports and management accounts for review
- Analyse financial discrepancies and recommend effective solutions
- Coordinate and monitor planning phases of accounting engagements
- Establish and maintain primary working relationships with clients
- Review existing accounting procedures and recommend improvements
- Support audit engagements by preparing documentation and information
- Prepare budgets and monitor engagement timelines
- Review financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Lead, supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff
- Provide performance feedback and contribute to team development
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial and management accounting
- At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Experience with Indirect Tax and VIES (essential)
- Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong leadership, organisational, and mentoring skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
