Salary: €2,000 - €2,400 euros / month depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses, by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by greeting guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues that arise during service.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Menu Management: Assist in developing menus, including pricing, portioning, and selection of items, and ensure adherence to quality standards and dietary requirements.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage presentation, taste, and temperature to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness of the F&B outlets.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, such as upselling and promotional activities.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and oversee special events, banquets, and private functions, including planning, staffing, and execution, to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to F&B staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the F&B department budget, including forecasting expenses, monitoring costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with other departments, such as kitchen, housekeeping, and front office, to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on F&B performance, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback, and present findings to management for review and decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry 
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • The ability to stand for extended periods 
  • Strong management skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must hold an European Passport
