Salary: Up to 20,000AED per month (tax-free, depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for children with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans tailored to each child’s developmental profile and family goals
- Prepare detailed assessment and progress reports in line with clinical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multi-disciplinary colleagues to support therapy outcomes
- Apply a range of therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Makaton, PECS®, PROMPT©, SCERTS®, and TEACCH® (where relevant)
- Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance practice
- Contribute to case discussions, team meetings, and service development initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and organisational requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Therapy
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in paediatric practice with a stamped reference from a previous employer
- Licensed with (or eligible for) Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Proficient in writing professional assessment and progress reports
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Makaton, PECS®, PROMPT©, SCERTS®, or TEACCH® approaches is desirable
