• Someone with a mature Christian faith and meets the qualifications of a church leader as outlined in 1 Tim. 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.
• A Servant Leader’s heart with a love for God, His people, and the lost.
• 5 years experience in music ministry or equivalent musical experience.
• Lead all aspects of the worship ministry teams including band, vocals, and choir.
• Relate and work well with church staff and lay leaders.

Job Requirements:

• Lead the planning, coordination, operation, and evaluation of worship ministries at Cheyenne Hills Church.
• Identify, recruit, train, and deploy people with gifts that can be used in corporate worship. These include but are not limited to musicians and vocalists.
• Disciple musicians and artists toward spiritual maturity including hosting in individual or group settings to promote connection and community, both on and off campus.
• Administrative tasks to schedule and support the Worship Teams. This includes using Planning Center Online and other software.
