- 5 years experience in music ministry or equivalent musical experience.
- Lead all aspects of the worship ministry teams including band, vocals, and choir.
- Relate and work well with church staff and lay leaders.
Job Requirements:
- Lead the planning, coordination, operation, and evaluation of worship ministries at Cheyenne Hills Church.
- Identify, recruit, train, and deploy people with gifts that can be used in corporate worship. These include but are not limited to musicians and vocalists.
- Disciple musicians and artists toward spiritual maturity including hosting in individual or group settings to promote connection and community, both on and off campus.
- Administrative tasks to schedule and support the Worship Teams. This includes using Planning Center Online and other software.
