Key Responsibilities
- Develop vision and direction for worship services.
- Plan and execute Sunday morning and evening worship services, paying careful attention to both the online and in-person experience.
- Team building, spiritual care, & discipleship.
- Improve and enhance our online presence through curation of worship music and playlists.
- Oversee the purchase and maintenance of all needed audio gear and instruments.
- Staff leadership & administration.

Experience:
- At least 5 years comparable experience leading a large worship arts program.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a congregation in vibrant, engaged, joyful worship.
- Experience with sound recording and production.
- Experience with office software (Google Docs and Sheets, Slack, Planning Center) or similar software.
- Instrumental and vocal competency that inspires confidence in other skilled musicians.

Education:
- A degree in music is preferred.
