Role Overview
We are seeking high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM)—entrepreneurial builders responsible for sourcing, winning projects. This role focuses on driving new business, building long-term relationships, and delivering projects with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business through your network and outreach
• Build and maintain client, broker, and developer relationships
• Target and win projects from $60K–$500K (typical) up to $13M
• Lead preconstruction, estimating, and subcontractor negotiations
• Collaborate with Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Admin staff
• Deliver projects profitably at 6–7% company target margins
Compensation
• Base Salary: Flexible based on experience and book of business
• Bonus: 10% of profit on jobs you close/manage (paid monthly when job starts)
• Cost-Saving Bonus: 5% of verified subcontractor savings
