Marketing and Outreach Specialist (1099 Position)

Location: Temecula and/or Surrounding Areas, CA (Remote/Field-Based)

Position: As a Marketing and Outreach Specialist for our client, you will play a crucial role in developing the growth of the company. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their families, connecting them with resources. There is opportunity to convert to a employee with additional responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate leads through networking, community outreach, and relationship building with healthcare professionals, senior organizations, and referral sources.
• Stay informed about industry trends, local resources, and the latest senior care options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in ALL-IN CRM system, ensuring all client interactions, notes, and progress are consistently recorded.
• Manage your own schedule and client relationships as an independent contractor.

Qualifications:

• Experience in senior care, healthcare, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in business development or lead generation is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work independently/within a team environment and manage time effectively.
• Access to reliable transportation.
