Requirements:

• Experience in Facility Maintenance: Familiarity with general maintenance tasks. Prior janitorial experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Cleaning Skills: Proficient in vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and general cleaning; trainable.
• Professional Demeanor: Maintains a professional attitude and appearance at all times. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Transportation: Access to reliable transportation and a driver's license.
• Work Authorization: Must be able to work in the USA. No visa support.
• Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to cleanliness and personal responsibility, as well as a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Janitorial experience is a plus.
