Job Description Summary:


Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Design Engineer to support the design and development of new products. This role will be responsible for creating CAD models and technical drawings, collaborating with suppliers on product design, and supporting cross-functional teams including sales. The ideal candidate is technically strong, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. 


Typical Accountabilities:


  • Develop 3D CAD models and 2D technical drawings (PDF prints) for new and existing products  
  • Ensure all designs meet technical, manufacturing, and quality requirements  
  • Collaborate with suppliers to design and optimize new products and components  
  • Review supplier drawings and provide feedback to ensure alignment with specifications  
  • Support product development from concept through production  
  • Participate in meetings and calls with the sales team to provide technical insight and support customer needs  
  • Assist in resolving design, manufacturing, and quality issues  
  • Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and project files  
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, sales, sourcing) to ensure project timelines are met 
  • Other duties as assigned.   


Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)  
  • Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)  
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and fundamentals  
  • Fluent English is required.
