Essentra is immediately hiring for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. As a Supply Chain Analyst your role will be essential to carrying out day to day reporting and analysis functions within the AMERS Supply Chain group.

What you will do:

  • Identifying and designing dashboards to report critical KPI’s
  • Working with Supply Chain team to extract data and assemble into actionable reporting
  • Collect data on supply chain operations.
  • Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.
  • Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
  • Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery
  • Daily reporting on various KPI’s
  • Identification of opportunity for increased efficiency, cost optimization, etc.
  • Participation in projects, supporting from a Supply Chain standpoint
  • Creation and maintenance of SC dashboards


What we look for:


Required:

  • Proven track record in a similar role, ideally with experience of operating with a high-volume of product lines
  • Excellent verbal, written skills with so as to communicate appropriately with all levels of the business
  • First class time-management and organization skills to support working in a versatile & fast-paced role
  • A willingness to be forward thinking and accepts any changes necessary for the progress of the department or Company
  • Take ownership of change actions; ensure everyone is fully engaged, the overall pace of change is set to achieve targets, and manage any uncertainty and/or issues that arise during the process
  • Experience in a supply management role or related position
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields
  • Ability to work from one of our office locations (Houston, TX, Westchester, IL, Flippin, AR, Erie, PA)


Preferred:

  • Proven knowledge of inventory management
  • Two or more years’ experience in a supply management role or related position
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools and ability to develop actionable insights from data
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software, and knowledge of warehouse management systems beneficial
