Warehouse Supervisor – 1st Shift

Location: Louisville, KY

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Essentra Components is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our 1st shift operations at our Louisville, KY Distribution Center. You’ll play a key role in driving warehouse efficiency, safety, and team performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate all inbound and outbound warehouse operations
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and inventory processes
• Foster a safe, positive, and productive work environment
• Support and develop team members through training and coaching
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as backup to the DC Manager and manage supply/equipment needs

What You Bring:

Required:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math in English
• Willingness to embrace change and drive improvement

Preferred:

• Prior supervisory experience
• Experience managing cross-functional warehouse teams
• Familiarity with ERP systems and material handling equipment
• Customer service experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
