Customer Service Executive

 

Location: Silivri

 

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented, and customer-centric Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing high-level customer relationships, driving strategic account growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

 

What You Will Do

 

Account Management & Relationship Building

Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear and effective communication of product value to customers.

Manage the end-to-end order process: from receiving orders and internal coordination to final delivery and customer updates.

Conduct regular site visits to strengthen partnerships and proactively resolve any service or product-related issues.

Analyze and optimize periodic order quantities to ensure supply chain efficiency for existing clients.


Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

Identify and capture growth opportunities within the existing portfolio and actively hunt for new target accounts.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to protect and expand market share.

Prepare, present, and follow up on professional quotations and commercial proposals.


Financial & Operational Excellence

Manage the financial health of accounts by tracking collections and ensuring the timely control of receivables.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless service continuity and customer satisfaction.

 

What We Expect

Bachelor’s degree from relevant faculties.

Minimum 6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.

Strong creativity, communication, teamwork, and technical understanding.

Disciplined, proactive, dynamic, fair, and solution-oriented personality.

Ability to express ideas clearly and work with determination to achieve results.
