The Talent Acquisition Manager AMERS is a crucial role in developing our global TA provision and delivering effective hiring across the AMERS region. Partnering with key stakeholders to define and implement recruiting strategies across the region that will have a direct impact on the growth of Essentra.

 

Driving key initiatives in the Talent Acquisition space as well as being a thought leader to the wider business via delivering progressive, optimised recruitment operations.

Reporting to our VP HR Americas, you will need to be able to work autonomously and be a proactive talent acquisition leader.  


Typical Accountabilities: 

  • Business partner and work closely with hiring managers, HR managers and executive leadership to ensure a thorough understanding of resourcing requirements
  • Design, execute, and track recruiting strategies and campaigns
  • Drive the adoption of consistent talent acquisition practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, managing the end to end recruitment process from brief to offer
  • Track metrics and leverage data insights to drive team performance and improve overall team efficiency
  • Ensure effective agency PSLs are in place to support recruitment activity across the AMERS region
  • Manage and develop the internal referral program, promoting internal resourcing across the region
  • Coach and mentor TA team on their current candidate pipelines and drive efficiencies in the process
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and continued learning, striving to always improve the status quo

Required skills/experience:

  • Previous talent acquisition leadership experience undertaking full life-cycle recruitment
  • Vision and the ability to contribute and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the organisation's business objectives
  • Experience supporting executive stakeholders with senior level appointments
  • International recruitment experience
  • Experience of using a variety of tools and techniques to directly source candidates
  • Demonstrated success in managing and fostering productive relationships with agencies
  • Experience of working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent at building relationships internally and externally
  • Highly organised with an attention to detail
  • Drive to constantly improve the TA provision
  • Excellent problem solving abilities and strong prioritisation skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
