Essentra is immediately hiring for a Dip Mold Operator at our Erie, PA production facility to join our team. As a Dip Mold Operator, you be responsible for maintaining machinery in cycle time, produce parts within the tolerances allowed and pack quality approved parts for our customers.

We are hiring for all shifts - Starting at $15.00/hour + Shift Differential for 2nd Shift!
- 1st Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)
- 2nd Shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm)

As a Dip Mold Operator you will:
- Maintain daily production work schedule as direct by the Dip Molding Supervisor.
- Set up, process and assemble tooling.
- Monitor machine functions, adjusting as needed.
- Monitor and re-fill vinyl dip tanks and make up cartons as needed
- Package and label quality production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What we are looking for:
Required:
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be able to work with limited supervision
- Must have a valid drivers license (operator 2 level)
- Work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a team player.
- Detail oriented.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Well-motivated, self-starter
- Mechanical aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Experience with crane or forklift operations.
