Components Sales Engineer

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Components Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have:

A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline

At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer management within the industrial components sector

Good command of English (must be able to actively use it for written communication)

Availability to conduct customer visits (approximately 60% field-based role)

A valid driver's license and active driving experience

Strong reporting and presentation skills

A proactive mindset, strong learning agility, and excellent persuasion skills

Key Responsibilities

Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs, managing existing orders, and developing strong customer relationships

Identify, create, and consistently follow up on new projects and sales opportunities

Regularly visit existing and potential customers and report activities to management

Expand the existing sales portfolio through cross-selling of new and existing products

Acquire new customers and contribute to the growth of the customer portfolio

Prepare quotations and pricing analyses and submit them for managerial approval

Monitor and follow up on the financial status of assigned customers

Participate in relevant industry exhibitions and trade fairs as part of marketing activities

Support the introduction and commercialization of new products within the expanding Components product range
