About the Role
We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage and optimize our contract-to-close process in a fast-paced wholesale real estate environment. This role is critical to keeping deals moving efficiently, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless experience for both sellers and buyers.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a team setting—someone who takes ownership of their pipeline, anticipates issues before they arise, and communicates effectively with all parties involved in the transaction.

What You’ll Do

Own the transaction lifecycle from executed contract to closing across multiple wholesale deals

Coordinate with title companies, buyers, and sellers to ensure timelines, documents, and deliverables stay on track

Review all contracts and documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper execution (signatures, dates, terms)

Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay or jeopardize closing

Track key milestones and deadlines, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed

Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed, accurate transaction data and notes

Support the acquisitions and dispositions teams with documentation, communication, and deal flow management

Ensure file compliance by submitting complete and accurate documentation to the office broker

Deliver a high-level client experience, keeping buyers and sellers informed and confident throughout the process
What We’re Looking For

Experience in wholesale real estate transactions strongly preferred (assignments, double closes, investor buyers)
- Exceptional attention to detail—you catch what others miss
- Highly proactive and solution-oriented—you don’t wait for problems, you prevent them
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Team-first mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience with CRM systems and transaction management tools
- Background in real estate, title, escrow, or mortgage processes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000-65,000 per year
