Shepherd Staff is honored to be working with Marshall First Christian Church in Marshall, Illinois, as they search for their next Lead Minister. Marshall First Christian Church is an independent Christian Church in the Restoration Movement with a long-standing presence in the community, known for its family-like culture, biblical teaching, and strong commitment to serving people both inside and outside the church.

  • A humble, relational shepherd who leads with integrity, emotional maturity, and a genuine love for people
  • A strong biblical preacher and teacher who is committed to Scripture and Restoration Movement convictions
  • A unifier and bridge-builder who can restore trust, strengthen communication, and lead through a season of healing

This is a full-time role for someone who senses a clear calling to walk patiently with people, strengthen unity, and help the church move forward with clarity and hope.

RESPONSIBILITIES
