Position Description: The Pastor of Worship will lead the church in vibrant worship experiences that glorify God and engage the congregation, overseeing all aspects of worship ministry.

Position Overview: The Worship Pastor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading worship services. This includes selecting music, rehearsing with the worship team, and cultivating a spirit of worship within the church. The role also involves collaborating with the Senior Pastor to align worship themes with the church’s vision and teaching.

Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services and special events.
• Select and arrange music for worship services.
• Recruit, train, and mentor worship team members.
• Collaborate with church leadership to enhance worship experience.
