Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Core Data Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company’s vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for imputing all data or information received from ongoing maintenance, regulation compliance and the support of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input data from the scheduling, maintenance, and repair of all fleet vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance history, fuel consumption, and insurance.
• Monitor vehicle registration, inspections, and licensing to ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
• Assist with route planning and vehicle allocation to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
•  Maintain accurate vehicle master records, including VINs, fuel/EV status, contract terms, asset assignments, usage profiles.
• Monitor data consistency and resolve discrepancies across systems.
• Facilitate integration of third-party telematics data into Arval platforms
• Track and report on fleet performance metrics (e.g., mileage, downtime, fuel usage).
• Support accident investigations and process insurance claims as needed.
• Ensure all fleet policies and procedures are up to date and adhered to.
