Position Summary:

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – UAT to support Release 2 of a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative focused on implementing a new Loan Origination System (LOS) within the Commercial Lending organization. Following a successful initial release supporting a limited pilot group within our Business Banking Loan Center (BBLC), Release 2 will expand the solution across the broader Commercial Lending organization. This release will impact multiple business units and users across the Commercial Lending division, making it a highly visible and business-critical initiative.

This role will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business process analysis, process mapping, solution readiness activities, and other Organizational Change Management deliverables as needed. The selected candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders, project teams, system designers, trainers, and procedure owners to help ensure successful implementation and adoption of the new solution. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary UAT Business Analyst for assigned business units, guiding testing efforts from planning through execution and signoff. This individual will become deeply familiar with the system design, business processes, and operational impacts of the solution, enabling them to effectively support business users throughout the testing lifecycle.

This is a senior-level position requiring a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently, build strong stakeholder relationships, and quickly establish subject matter expertise in a complex business and technology environment. This position is expected to work primarily on-site to support close collaboration with business stakeholders, testers, and project teams. Limited remote work flexibility may be considered on a case-by-case basis for highly qualified candidates, subject to business needs and management approval.

Key Responsibilities:

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

  • Lead UAT planning, preparation, execution, and reporting activities for assigned business units.
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify and coordinate UAT participants.
  • Review business procedures, requirements, and system designs to develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
  • Conduct pre-UAT validation activities to ensure readiness prior to formal testing.
  • Guide testers through test execution and provide hands-on support throughout the testing cycle.
  • Facilitate defect triage sessions and coordinate issue resolution with project and technology teams.
  • Track testing progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, providing regular status reporting to project leadership.
  • Escalate testing impediments and drive issue resolution to support project timelines.
  • Support UAT sign-off and readiness assessments.

Business Analysis & Process Mapping:

  • Analyze existing business processes and document current-state workflows.
  • Develop future-state process maps reflecting solution design and operational changes.
  • Identify process impacts, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support business requirements validation and ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality.
  • Assist with procedure updates and operational readiness activities.

Design, Readiness & Change Support:

  • Develop a strong understanding of system design, business requirements, and operational impacts.
  • Participate in design discussions and solution reviews to understand upcoming functionality and business impacts.
  • Partner with training and procedure teams to support readiness activities.
  • Act as a liaison between business and project teams to ensure stakeholders are informed and prepared for upcoming changes.
  • Support additional Organizational Change Management activities as needed.

User Access & Testing Readiness:

  • Assist with user access mapping and validation activities for testing participants.
  • Coordinate with access management teams to ensure testers have appropriate system access and permissions.
  • Support testing environment readiness and tester onboarding activities.

  • Experience supporting Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations, upgrades, conversions, or testing initiatives.
  • Strong experience developing test scenarios, test cases, and business process documentation.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and facilitating requirements and testing discussions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-starter with strong leadership and ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
