Job Description:

The Technical Business Analyst will:

• Research and document current processes and controls
• Understand controls tied to Commercial Lending processes and the impact the Commercial Lending Transformation project will have on those processes.
• Work with business process owners to ensure they understand project impact on controls and work process owners to validate controls prior to next project release. 
• Will work with Second Line of Defense (SOX, etc.) partners to sign off on control validations.
• Will help organize and maintain traceability matrix of controls to ensure all controls are validated before Go-live.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to facilitate meetings and coordinate with multiple groups with competing priorities
• Competent with Microsoft Office products
• Needs to be technically literate on how systems and interfaces work
• Experience with controls and/or process mapping is a plus
• Experience with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems is a plus
• Ability to work on site at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT is a plus
