Job Description:
The Technical Business Analyst will:
- Research and document current processes and controls
- Understand controls tied to Commercial Lending processes and the impact the Commercial Lending Transformation project will have on those processes.
- Work with business process owners to ensure they understand project impact on controls and work process owners to validate controls prior to next project release.
- Will work with Second Line of Defense (SOX, etc.) partners to sign off on control validations.
- Will help organize and maintain traceability matrix of controls to ensure all controls are validated before Go-live.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to facilitate meetings and coordinate with multiple groups with competing priorities
- Competent with Microsoft Office products
- Needs to be technically literate on how systems and interfaces work
- Experience with controls and/or process mapping is a plus
- Experience with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems is a plus
- Ability to work on site at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT is a plus
