Seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer/Architect with 5+ years of experience. Must have at least 5 years with Infrastructure/Network and Application Support, and as a Technical Customer Service Analyst.


SUMMARY


This employee provides application development/integration services to the Department of Technology, Management and Budget supporting Michigan Department of Civil Rights (MDCR), Michigan Civil Service Commission (MCSC)and Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP). They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications.

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platform.

As the Programmer Analyst, they will both perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.


QUALIFICATIONS

 

·       5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations

·       Architect Experience 3+ years

·       Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages. 5+ years

·       Microsoft Azure platform experience

·       Azure DevOps 5+ years

·       Data Architecture Experience- 3+ years

·       Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ years

·       Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems

·       CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts

·       Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.

·       Azure Communications

·       API’s

·       Abilities to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.

·       Abilities to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.

·       Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers. 

·       An ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions.

·       Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.

·       Effective at creating highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment.

·       Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure

·       Technical Customer Service Analyst – 5 years

·       Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support – 5 years

This is a hybrid position. Resource will serve as both a Dynamics Architect and a developer.
