Job Description

Data Analyst – Data Integration & Enablement

Come join our client as a Data Analyst and play a critical role in building and maintaining the data foundation that powers regulatory and financial reporting, analytics, and innovation. This role focuses on integrating data from diverse source systems into our modern platforms—including the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Mesh, and ODS—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and usability.

You’ll work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, profile source systems, and design data flows that meet operational and strategic needs. From documenting metadata and transformation logic to creating test cases and validating data quality, you’ll help deliver trusted data for the entire organization.

If you’re passionate about SQL, Python, and modern data tools—and excited about technologies like dbt, Databricks on GCP, and AI-driven solutions—this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into data solutions
  • Profile source systems and understand data models to design efficient integrations
  • Document metadata, transformation rules, and lineage for transparency and compliance
  • Develop and execute test cases to validate data quality and integrity
  • Build and maintain automated processes for data validation and reporting
  • Collaborate with end users to ensure delivered data meets business needs

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience or strong academic background with SQL and Python skills
  • 2+ years in data analysis, integration, or related areas
  • 2+ years with leadership in projects or mentoring others
  • Bachelor’s degree in data, analytics, business, or related field

Technical Skills

  • Advanced SQL for data profiling, transformation, and testing/validation
  • Exposure to modern data stack tools such as dbt, Databricks, and GCP
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and prompt engineering is a plus
  • Business Skills: Strong ability to gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and document processes
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills

A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
