Site Inspector

Compensation: $22-$26/hour

Job Type: Full-time, In-person

Job Title Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meet with the DOB inspectors on site a half hour before the scheduled appointment
• Open existing electrical equipment
• Verify work integrity and code compliance
• Correct any issues before the inspection starts if any
• Rectify issues that can be addressed the inspector identifies at the time of inspection.
• Write up an email with results of the inspection and any work to make it compliant.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Basic electrical knowledge
