Senior Inside Sales Agent
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000

At NY State Solar, we design, build, and install high-quality solar energy systems across New York. Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping communities transition to economically and environmentally sustainable energy solutions.
A Senior Inside Sales Representative will educate homeowners with an interest in going solar, being a partner and liaison to the customer through the entire process. Warm leads provided. Additional bonus for self-generated business.
Senior Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Educate homeowners about available programs and collect necessary docs for proposals
- Commitment to personal growth and ongoing education
- Work as a team and HAVE FUN!
Requirements:
- 3+ years sales experience required
- Efficient communication and listening skills
- Effective computer skill in order to update and maintain flow of information throughout our CRM (Salesforce) and ability to communicate through multiple platforms (i.e. Email, Chatter, WhatsApp)
- Need to be comfortable discussing finances and tax liability with homeowners
- High energy/high sense of urgency/fast-paced and can think on her/his feet
