We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious CDP/Jnr Sous Chef to join the team of a highly acclaimed Michelin Star gastropub. This boutique establishment, celebrated for its unique culinary experiences and numerous awards, is located in a picturesque region of East Yorkshire.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Preparation and cooking of high-standard dishes.
- Supervisory duties within the kitchen.
- Management of ordering and stock.
- Training and development of kitchen staff.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
- Confident in leading a kitchen team.
- Experience at Chef de Partie level or higher.
- Experience in a similar high standard venue.
- Professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
