Exciting Opportunity: Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef at a Highly Renowned Michelin Star Pub

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious CDP/Jnr Sous Chef to join the team of a highly acclaimed Michelin Star gastropub. This boutique establishment, celebrated for its unique culinary experiences and numerous awards, is located in a picturesque region of East Yorkshire.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and cooking of high-standard dishes.
  • Supervisory duties within the kitchen.
  • Management of ordering and stock.
  • Training and development of kitchen staff.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
  • Confident in leading a kitchen team.
  • Experience at Chef de Partie level or higher.
  • Experience in a similar high standard venue.
  • Professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.


Benefits:

  • A 4-day working week, with Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and Bank Holiday Mondays off.
  • Competitive salary range of £29,000 - £32,000, depending on experience.
  • Extremely good tips of approx £5,000 - £7,000 pa.
  • Work in a modern, well-equipped kitchen.
