Why You’ll Love Being an Interonaut 🚀(The Client)

When you join Intero Digital, you become part of a collaborative, creative, and growth-minded community of innovators, strategists, and creators working together to push the boundaries of what’s possible in digital marketing. As a full-service digital marketing agency with deep expertise across every major discipline, you won’t just be part of the digital landscape—you’ll help shape it.

The Mission (aka The Role)

Intero Digital is hiring an Owned Channels and Campaigns Marketing Manager to be the execution partner for our marketing strategy. This is a remote, hands-on role reporting to the Director, Marketing. The Director sets the strategy; you run Intero's owned channels day to day and turn the plan into campaigns that launch on time, run cleanly, and bring in qualified leads. Our website, email, social, and webinars are where Intero shows up in the market, and you keep all of them current, consistent, and working together. You'll use AI and automation to get more done than one marketer could a few years ago, without lowering quality.

The candidate may be based in any of the following US states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI.

Mission Objectives (Essential Functions)

  • Campaign Execution and MQL Support. You bring campaign plans to life across our owned and paid channels. That means building the assets, setting up programs, workflows, lists, and landing pages in HubSpot, launching on schedule, and tracking what converts. You keep every campaign moving from plan to launch to results, and you flag what needs adjusting along the way.
  • Website. You manage Intero's WordPress website as a core owned channel: campaign and landing pages, page content, updates, and day-to-day support. You keep the site current and aligned with active campaigns, and you partner with development when changes go beyond the CMS.
  • Email and Newsletters. You run Intero's email channel in HubSpot. You build, segment, test, and send marketing emails and newsletters, keep lists clean, and report on how they perform.
  • Social Media (Organic and Paid) You manage Intero's organic social channels day to day, including the calendar, posting, and engagement. You also set up, monitor, and report on paid social campaigns that support the campaign plan.
  • Webinars. You run webinars as an owned channel from start to finish: promotion, registration, platform setup, speaker coordination, follow-up, and repurposing recordings into campaign assets.
  • Trade Shows and Speaking Engagements. You support Intero's event presence remotely by preparing collateral, presentations and promotional campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams and event partners.
  • Creative Production. You create the visual assets that support our channels and campaigns in Canva: social graphics, ad creative, email visuals, web graphics, presentation materials, and event collateral. You work from Intero's brand templates and use AI features to produce clean, on-brand designs quickly. You don't need to be a designer, but you should have a good eye and be comfortable building assets from start to finish.
  • Content Support. You write campaign copy, edit and repurpose existing content for email, social, and web, and help pull together case studies with delivery teams.
  • AI and Automation. You use AI as a core part of how you work for campaign builds, copy, repurposing, creative production, and reporting. You keep looking for ways to do more and faster, and you share what works with the team.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Campaigns that launch on time and run cleanly across channels.
  • Owned channels (website, email, social, webinars) that stay current, active, and on-brand.
  • Accurate, well-organized HubSpot setup: programs, workflows, lists, and landing pages.
  • Clear reporting on what's driving MQLs and channel performance and what isn't.
  • Growth in website, email, and social engagement.
  • Brand consistency across every channel and asset.

Your Space Suit Specs (Requirements and Qualifications)

  • Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in an autonomous, remote-first environment.
  • Curiosity and a drive to innovate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on marketing experience focused on campaign execution and owned channels, ideally in B2B, agency, or professional services.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (email, landing pages, workflows, lists, and reporting).
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress.
  • A track record of launching and managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience managing a company's website, email program, and organic social channels.
  • Experience setting up and reporting on paid social campaigns.
  • Solid writing skills for campaign, email, web, and social copy.
  • Hands-on experience creating designs in Canva, with examples of social, ad, or campaign assets you've produced (a professional design background is not required).
  • Demonstrated, practical use of AI tools in campaign and channel work.
  • Experience supporting webinars and events.
  • Enjoys taking a strategy and running with it, and knows when to raise ideas or flag issues.
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable handling many projects at once.
  • Formal education not required—skills, integrity, and initiative matter most.
