Compensation: $65,000 to $70,000 Annually + Bonus (up to $90,000 OTE) + Benefits

Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

The client is a top-ranking growth marketing agency renowned for elevating the success of dentists, chiropractors, and medical clinics throughout the United States. Their team leads the charge in catalyzing significant growth within the healthcare sector.


The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the strategic liaison between the internal teams and the dental/dental implant clients. You’ll be responsible for relationship management, campaign coordination, reporting, and ensuring agency client satisfaction in a fast-paced, performance-first environment. If you love managing details, solving problems, and keeping conversations clear and direct—you’ll fit right in.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 30-40 dental or dental implant clients.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
  • Lead agency client meetings, providing campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with PPC, SEO, creative, and development teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure agency client goals are met or exceeded.
  • Review and translate performance reports into clear, actionable takeaways for agency clients.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by deeply understanding agency client goals and service needs.
  • Help troubleshoot agency client concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Keep internal teams aligned and accountable for meeting deadlines and performance benchmarks.
  • Maintain a pulse on trends in dental marketing and patient acquisition.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of account management or client-facing experience at a marketing agency.
  • Experience working with dental or dental implant clients preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills—able to manage multiple agency clients and priorities with grace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication—clear, confident, and not afraid to be direct.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-output environment where timelines move quickly.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, SEO, and paid social.
  • Data-driven mindset—able to interpret performance metrics and speak to ROI.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
  • Bonus: Experience with call tracking, CRM platforms, or healthcare marketing tools.
