Compensation: $90,000 to $125,000 Annually DOE + Competitive Benefits

From handcrafted gift boxes to seasonal collections and corporate gifting, they're committed to delivering premium products backed by exceptional customer experiences. As their e-commerce business continues to grow, they're looking for a data-driven Paid Ads Manager to help scale revenue through strategic, performance-focused advertising campaigns.


The Role

They're seeking an experienced Paid Ads Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce paid advertising campaigns. This role is responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and other paid search channels with a strong emphasis on maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).


The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing Google Shopping campaigns, Search campaigns, and ecommerce product feeds while leveraging analytics and attribution tools to make data-driven decisions. You'll work closely with the e-commerce and creative teams to continuously improve campaign performance, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing).
  • Build and scale Google Shopping, Search, Dynamic Search Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Manage product feeds using Google Merchant Center and Microsoft Merchant Center.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and overall profitability.
  • Conduct keyword research, search query analysis, audience targeting, and competitive research.
  • Monitor budgets and allocate spend based on performance opportunities.
  • Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers on high-performing creative assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other reporting platforms.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies across ad copy, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Partner with the e-commerce team to improve conversion rates through landing page optimization and user experience enhancements.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and e-commerce event implementation.
  • Produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, emerging paid media trends, and e-commerce best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns.
  • Strong experience managing e-commerce advertising budgets.
  • Advanced knowledge of:
  • Google Ads
  • Google Shopping
  • Microsoft Ads (Bing)
  • Google Merchant Center
  • Proven success improving ROAS and scaling profitable campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce customer acquisition and purchase funnels.
  • Experience with:
  • Keyword Strategy
  • Audience Segmentation
  • Remarketing
  • Conversion Optimization
  • Bid Management
  • Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
  • Experience with attribution platforms and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent written communication and ad copywriting skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing campaigns for consumer products or DTC e-commerce brands.
  • Familiarity with Shopify.
  • Experience with feed optimization tools.
  • Experience using Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms.
  • Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
  • Google Ads certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, or additional paid social platforms is a plus.
