Compensation: $1,846.67 to $2,300.26 Monthly + Benefits

The Role

The Digital Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights to guide the agency’s clients' marketing strategies and improve overall campaign performance. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to analyze data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and CRM systems. You will develop intuitive dashboards, automate reporting processes, and create compelling visualizations that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

The client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst to join their dynamic digital marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using data to drive decision-making in the fast-paced digital marketing world, offering the opportunity to collaborate on high-impact marketing initiatives for a wide range of clients.


Performance Objectives

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have real-time insights.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Insights) to track campaign performance.
  • Automate reporting processes to streamline data collection and distribution across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and client services teams to define KPIs and provide insights that optimize campaign strategies.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by validating and cleaning data before analysis.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights that drive marketing effectiveness.


Capabilities and Key Competencies

  • Proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights.
  • Reporting against defined performance KPI standards.
  • Setting up conversion tracking for digital analytics and ad pixels.
  • Experience with Paid Search platforms (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads).
  • Experience with Paid Social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads).
  • Experience with Python or R is a plus.


Education and Experience

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experiential knowledge.
  • Prior experience working in a professional services organization.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing data analytics.
