Compensation: $100,000 to $130,000 Annually + Potential Bonus + Benefits

The Client

The client is a data-driven online platform that helps consumers make informed purchasing decisions through expert reviews, ratings, and side-by-side comparisons across a wide range of products and services.


The Role

The client is seeking a Paid Search Manager to join their remote team. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of paid search campaigns, from building and monitoring to optimizing and reporting. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing and optimizing the full campaign lifecycle within Google Ads, Meta, and Bing, including bid strategy development and performance optimization. To be successful, you must thrive in a data-driven and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Build campaigns from scratch in Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Monitor pacing, spend, and ROI, adjusting bids, budgets, and structures as needed.
  • Implement and optimize bid strategies based on performance data and campaign objectives.
  • Use performance data to recommend scaling, pausing, or strategic shifts.
  • Analyze search term reports to ensure alignment between user intent and product category.
  • Audit daily conversion flow and proactively resolve tracking or performance issues.
  • Stay up to date on brand offers, promotions, and content changes.
  • Proactively identify and address issues before they impact campaign performance.
  • Detects and communicates performance anomalies or data discrepancies.
  • Explore innovative methods to expand and optimize paid media channels.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Digital Marketing to prioritize initiatives and troubleshoot issues.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of paid media campaign creation and management in Google Ads is required.
  • Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of campaigns (build, monitor, and optimize) is required.
  • An analytical mindset and strong Excel skills (ex: VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables) are required.
  • Reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, and initiative to succeed in a remote position are required.
  • Able to travel to Pennsylvania quarterly for 2–3 days, with initial onsite training of 1 week required.
  • Able to work EST hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm) is required.
