Compensation : $80,000 to $120,000 Annually + Bonus Incentive

The Client

The client is a rapidly growing vehicle service contract provider focused on delivering exceptional coverage and customer service to drivers nationwide. As the company continues to scale its marketing efforts, they are making a significant investment in paid media and customer acquisition. 


The client is seeking a highly experienced Paid Social Media Advertising Manager to help build and lead their paid social advertising function.


They are looking for a true performance marketer and builder who wants to create a scalable acquisition engine and play a key role in the next phase of growth for the company.

The Role

One of the most important aspects of this role is that the successful candidate will be building the paid social infrastructure from the ground up. 


This is not an opportunity to inherit a mature, fully developed marketing ecosystem. Instead, the client is looking for an entrepreneurial builder who is excited about creating systems, processes, reporting structures, testing frameworks, creative strategies, and growth initiatives from scratch. 


Candidates who thrive in startup-like environments and enjoy creating scalable marketing engines will be especially successful in this position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and establish the paid social media infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and workflows for paid social campaigns.
  • Develop and manage reporting structures to track performance, insights, and ROI.
  • Create and execute testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Lead the development of innovative creative strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and drive growth initiatives to scale paid social efforts.
  • Operate in a highly entrepreneurial, startup-like environment, taking ownership of strategy and execution.
  • Continuously evolve and refine marketing systems to support long-term scalability and performance.


Key Qualifications

  • Current or recent experience managing at least $1 million per month in paid social advertising spend 
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager 
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and other major paid social platforms 
  • Demonstrated success scaling customer acquisition campaigns 
  • Deep understanding of attribution, tracking, analytics, and conversion optimization 
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities 
  • Experience working in performance marketing environments 
  • Builder mentality with the ability to create systems and processes from the ground up
