Compensation: $57,500 to $62,500 Annually + Variable Compensation + Benefits

Digital Marketing Recruiters has been in the digital marketing and recruitment space for over 25 years. We work with highly skilled marketing, digital marketing, and sales professionals and match them with our clients from diverse industries across the United States. Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

The Role

The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and working as an intermediary between our team and our customer regarding digital marketing and specifically Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) marketing. A successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be confident in their aptitudes, and have the ability to convey ideas and strategy. The Account Manager is responsible for the following:


Responsibilities

  • Managing a relationship with the client and all stakeholders regarding digital marketing.
  • Communicating results and expectations.
  • Discussing and developing strategy.
  • Assisting with reporting.
  • Communicating Issues.
  • Addressing client questions or concerns.
  • Ability to learn and continue learning SEO, PPC and other forms of digital marketing.
  • Being an advocate for our clients’ success.
  • Being comfortable with a fast-paced role, as well as constant learning and growing within the industry and the position.


Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or higher.
  • 2+ years experience managing and talking with clients.
  • Solid organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Strong writing/typing skills.


Variable Compensation

  • $500 in variable compensation on a monthly basis for the first year.
  • $2,000 to $3,000 in variable compensation on a monthly basis for the 2nd year.
