Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 Annually + Variable Compensation + Benefits

Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.

The SEO Analyst is a key player in executing SEO initiatives and is responsible for the fulfillment of client deliverables, ensuring they align with campaign strategy. The ideal candidate is someone who has 3 – 5 years of experience in SEO, is detail-oriented, self-driven, passionate, and focused on getting things done. They demonstrate excellent communication skills and proactively solve problems.


As a valued team member, the SEO Analyst collaborates with the internal team on a diverse portfolio of clients spanning various industries. This pivotal role involves collaboration with dedicated account managers, strategists, and IBEs to ensure seamless SEO project execution. Responsibilities of the role encompass campaign performance analysis and the relentless pursuit of optimization strategies.

Responsibilities Include

  • Campaign Strategy & Fulfillment Ownership
  • Guarantee effective completion of SEO tasks and deliverables for campaigns, delegating as necessary to the IBE team.
  • Develop and execute SEO campaign strategies in line with the strategic vision for accounts.
  • Align scope of work with clients’ budgets and packages.


  • Keyword Research and Analysis
  • Perform in-depth keyword research using a variety of tools to identify opportunities and gaps in the current SEO strategy.
  • Analyze search intent, keyword competitiveness, and search volume to inform SEO strategies.
  • Recommend content topics and strategies based on keyword insights.


  • Technical SEO & On-Page/Off-Page Optimization Strategies
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page optimization strategies to enhance SEO performance.
  • Utilize InteroBOT crawling software for identifying and resolving crawl errors, broken links, and optimizing site structure.
  • Lead the resolution of CMS/technical issues, coordinating with the IBE team as necessary.


  • Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
  • Perform data-driven decision-making by analyzing key SEO metrics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign strategies based on data from various tools and platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Campaign Collaboration
  • Collaborate with ACs and strategists to align on goals and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ACs with day-to-day SEO-related queries and issues for shared accounts.


  • Continuous Learning & Adaptation
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, including Google, AI, and search engine algorithm updates.
  • Engage in continuous training and skill development to adapt strategies as the SEO landscape evolves.


Work Experience Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in SEO.
  • Ability to independently manage time and workload with minimal assistance.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing SEO campaigns.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and communicate them effectively.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills for making data-driven SEO decisions.
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Robust command of the English language, with exceptional writing, proofreading, and grammar skills.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Collaborative team player, yet capable of working independently.
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week.


Education/Training Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience.


Variable Compensation

  • $800 to $1,800 in variable compensation on a monthly basis, depending on the client load.
