Compensation: $100,000 to $130,000 Annually ($150,000 to $180,000 OTE) + Benefits

The Client

The client is a top-ranking growth marketing agency renowned for elevating the success of dentists, chiropractors, and medical clinics throughout the United States. Their team leads the charge in catalyzing significant growth within the healthcare sector.


The Role

The Outbound SDR Manager will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives focused on outbound lead generation and qualification for doctors' offices. This role combines leadership, process development, and quota execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing outbound SDR team—including recruiting, training, and coaching to KPI.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to target key decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Create scalable systems and cadences for phone, SMS, and email.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, lead scoring, and campaign optimization for lead quality and conversion.
  • Monitor metrics and KPIs, including meetings booked, pipeline value, conversion rates, and outbound response rates.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and coaching sessions to continually improve SDR performance and morale.
  • Own the outbound tech stack—evaluating, implementing, and optimizing tools to maximize efficiency and data visibility.
  • Report on pipeline health and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach, jumping into prospecting when needed to test new markets, scripts, or cadences.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR management (B2B SaaS or digital marketing preferred).
  • Proven success building and scaling SDR/BDR teams from the ground up.
  • Strong knowledge of sales automation, CRM systems, and outbound best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, tech-forward environment.


Performance Metrics

  • Pipeline generated from outbound efforts.
  • SDR productivity (meetings booked, quality opportunities created).
  • Conversion rate of outbound leads to opportunities.
  • Ramp time and retention of SDR team members.
