The Client

The client is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead their brand’s social media efforts, growing their presence and fostering meaningful interactions. Their brand is a beverage company with over 60 years of experience.

The Role

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies in both organic and paid social media that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support organizational goals. This role is perfect for a creative, analytical, and passionate individual with a talent for storytelling and community building.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and grow the audience.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and others.
• Monitor social media analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with broader marketing initiatives.
• Communicate and report detailed campaign strategies, performance metrics, and insights to management.

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
• Strong writing and creative skills, with the ability to craft engaging content.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform insights).
• A passion for storytelling, audience engagement, and staying ahead of digital trends.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
