Their team is passionate about testing, innovation, and delivering exceptional ROI for their clients.

They're looking for marketers who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love digging into data, and are excited to make a direct impact on client success. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex performance marketing challenges and continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize revenue, you'll fit right in.

The Role

The client is looking for a results-driven Meta Media Buyer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing high-budget Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on scaling profitable campaigns, making data-driven decisions, and collaborating with creative and e-commerce teams to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

The ideal candidate has successfully managed $300,000+ in monthly Meta ad spend, understands the full customer journey, and knows how to optimize every stage of the marketing funnel—from ad creative to conversion tracking and landing page performance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns across multiple accounts.
  • Manage $300,000+ in monthly ad spend while maintaining or improving profitability and ROAS.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make strategic optimizations based on data and testing.
  • Develop compelling ad copy that aligns with customer personas and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers and creative teams to produce high-performing ad creative.
  • Analyze campaign performance using attribution platforms, Meta reporting, and analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and execute A/B tests across audiences, creatives, placements, and offers.
  • Understand and optimize the entire customer journey, including awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Partner with e-commerce and CRO teams to improve landing pages and conversion rates.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), custom conversions, and event tracking.
  • Ensure accurate attribution and reporting across advertising platforms.
  • Stay current on Meta platform updates, privacy changes, attribution models, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Proven success managing $300,000+ per month in Meta ad spend.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, MER, CTR, CPM, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed optimization decisions.
  • Strong creative copywriting skills with experience developing high-converting ad messaging.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing funnel and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and landing page optimization.
  • Hands-on experience setting up the Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Custom Events, Custom Conversions, and UTM Parameters.
  • Experience with attribution and analytics platforms such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, Rockerbox, or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce analytics.
  • Experience scaling campaigns from six-figure to seven-figure monthly spend.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, or other reporting platforms.
  • Experience with heat mapping and CRO tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing, SMS marketing, and retention strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop UGC, static, carousel, and video ad concepts.
