The Client

Intero Digital is a dynamic and results-driven digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses thrive in the online landscape. We specialize in crafting data-informed strategies that drive growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

The Role

Intero Studios, the creative division of Intero Digital, delivers top-notch website and web maintenance solutions to our valued clients. We are looking for a talented, experienced Website Developer to join our Web Services Division. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in crafting solutions and maintaining websites for a diverse range of clients. If you have a passion for problem-solving, a knack for critical thinking, and a proven track record in Shopify, WordPress, HubSpot, and Headless CMS development, we want to hear from you.

We’re seeking a versatile and driven Website Developer who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is eager to tackle a wide variety of projects and technologies. This role is ideal for someone who can jump between frameworks, programming languages, and platforms with confidence—someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but instead dives in, solves problems, and keeps things moving forward.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, creative team building a diverse range of digital experiences—from custom WordPress sites to cutting-edge headless CMS projects using React and Next.js. A sharp eye for design and user experience is critical, as is a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize websites and web apps using platforms including WordPress, React, Next.js, PHP, JavaScript, Shopify, and HubSpot.
  • Translate designs into pixel-perfect front-end implementations with attention to detail and responsive best practices.
  • Integrate headless CMS platforms and third-party APIs for dynamic content management and data interaction.
  • Troubleshoot and debug across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow developers in a fast-moving environment.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms as needed.
  • Take ownership of projects and see them through from concept to deployment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end web development.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • JavaScript, React, and Next.js
  • WordPress (including custom theme and plugin development, as well as working with page builders such as Elementor or Bricks)
  • PHP
  • Headless CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, Contentful, Prismic)
  • Shopify (including Liquid templating and Storefront API)
  • HubSpot CMS and landing pages
  • Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Comfortable with Git and version control best practices.
  • Strong eye for design and usability; able to translate creative direction into functional, attractive web interfaces.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, UIKit, or other modern CSS frameworks.
  • Experience working in agile or iterative development cycles.
  • Basic DevOps knowledge (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, hosting environments).

What We Value

  • Natural curiosity and a desire to learn.
  • Ownership mentality—you see challenges and take action.
  • Clear communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for user experience and front-end performance.
