Restriction: This opportunity is for candidates residing in or relocating to San Diego, CA

Compensation: $16.30 Hourly

We work with highly skilled marketing, digital marketing, and sales professionals and match them with our clients from diverse industries across the United States. Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.

The Role

  • Working within our sales and marketing departments to assist our outbound calling team.
  • Utilizing multiple software systems to assist with potential leads, communicating to the calling team, tracking progress, and updating software.
  • Assisting with business goals by packaging and coordinating shipments of marketing materials.
  • Complying with turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Acquiring and maintaining basic knowledge relevant to our business goals.
  • Ability to learn basic management skills while overseeing our international data mining employees.


Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Packaging sales materials and shipping to potential clients.
  • Content enhancement/quality control of International Business Employees (IBEs’) work.
  • Data reporting and entry.
  • Occasional general office assistance.

 

Skills Required

  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize time and workload.
  • Ability to execute successfully in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Proficient in the navigation of multiple computer applications.
  • Proficient use of keyboard, mouse and ability to navigate 2 workstation monitors.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and flexible in adapting to change.
  • Attention to detail.
