Compensation: $1,300 to $1,500 Monthly

The Client

The client is a performance marketing agency that helps high-growth service businesses generate qualified leads and scale profitably through data-driven digital marketing. They partner with ambitious companies that sell high-ticket services and require sophisticated paid media strategies that produce measurable business results.


The Role

The client is looking for an experienced Google Paid Search Media Buyer who knows how to generate qualified leads, lower acquisition costs, and scale campaigns profitably.


You will report directly to the COO, and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 3 to 5 client accounts, with the opportunity to take on additional clients as your hours increase.


This is not a client-facing role. Your focus will be on executing a great paid search strategy and delivering measurable results.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Google Ads accounts for 3 to 5 clients.
  • Build new Google Search campaigns based on client services and business objectives.
  • Optimize existing campaigns for lead volume, lead quality, and return on ad spend.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and testing.
  • Analyze search terms and implement negative keyword strategies.
  • Create and test ad copy.
  • Manage bidding strategies and campaign budgets.
  • Build new campaigns targeting additional services, markets, and growth opportunities.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Monitor conversion tracking and identify attribution issues.
  • Collaborate with the internal team on landing page improvements and testing.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads for high-ticket service businesses.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Experience generating leads for industries such as:
  • Home Services
  • Legal
  • Medical
  • Financial Services
  • Professional Services
  • Education
  • B2B Services
  • Experience managing monthly Google Ads budgets of $25,000+.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Google Search
  • Performance Max
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Conversion Tracking
  • Landing Page Optimization
  • Call Tracking
  • Ability to independently analyze data and make optimization decisions that improve performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
